We want you to be happy with TrustLayer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
  2. Open the relevant order and follow the refund request flow.
  3. Or, contact us at support@policyguard.app and we'll coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. If you cancel within the 30-day window, you can also request a refund for that period as described above.

After 30 days

Refund requests made after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and Paddle's, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
