We want you to be happy with TrustLayer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase.
- Open the relevant order and follow the refund request flow.
- Or, contact us at support@policyguard.app and we'll coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. If you cancel within the 30-day window, you can also request a refund for that period as described above.
After 30 days
Refund requests made after 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion and Paddle's, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
